What a bunch of wankers.
It keeps happening.
You ring up and complain and then they are like 'Nothing is wrong, get us to come out and fix it...and if there is nothing wrong you will have to pay blah blah'. Then after we have rung them up it mysteriously fixes itself.
What a bunch of dickheads.

I hate Telstra with a passion. If Osama flies a plane into a Telstra building, I'll be dancing in the streets.
PUNKER: my parents get mysteriously billed extra by Telstra each month on their Net usage.
I've been on just a mobile for over 2 years. I mean, who wants to spend their own money to use the Net - that's what jobs are for.

I don't make many long distance phone calls anyway.

Nobody rings me up hardly so I don't really need any phone lol. Well, actually I do for the internet  . When we first moved here we had a big phone bill from Telstra. What happened was we changed our dial up number, but it didn't save for some reason.... Anyway it cost a lot of money for those long distance phone calls....  |
