Hey there I was wondering when and where you guys had gigs coming up as I'm keen to see the band play. I went to high school with Sophie in Tas and only found out the other day through a friend that she was in Sydney playing in a band (I was suprised cause I had no idea that she was into music).
I'm also a guitarist involved in various things around Sydney at the moment....
I don't know if Sophie reads these mssgs herself, if not could someone pass this on to her

Yeah, just saw you might be on in the Collies basement in a couple of weeks! Yay! About time you came down to the Gong again!

Well, it's part of a leagues club, but downstairs, they've just built a lovely new low stage there. Pretty big room. If you remember the size of the Oxford, well, it's around that scale. Simple rectangular room though. Easy load in/out - you'll like that part ;D Best part for everyone - Feckin' cheap drinks! It's on the main road (highway), so it's easier to find than the Ox  |

Hey mate, yeah all Collies gigs have been cancelled cos some wankers smashed up the place last Sunday, there's uproar in the local music scene. URGH!!!!
I'll see what I've got on, haven't been to the Hoey in ages!

Oh it happened. Believe me.
Some of the bands who played that night are organising a "Save Collies Gig". Which will just end up being a huge arvo/evening of punk with a big piss-up. Sounds like fun to me!
We really shit ourselves down here when a venue stops having bands, cos there's so few that have bands to start with!

Yeah. The Annandale advertised a shutdown if people dont start being quiet when they are around the area for residential complaints. If that happens I will be very very very sad.  |

they can't shut down the annandale!!! its not allowed....if you're going to live near a pub then you'll have to handle a bit of noise...
