Audioslave were absolutely killer... It's funny I now have the full Tom Morello effects setup... Digitech Whammy's are so much fun, and the Boss Tremolo are about the best there is. And I am a Pearl Jam loyalist. Their shows are events, pure respect of this band. Guess I agree with Lyndal. Stone Gossard is very clever, seeing Brad and watching him play from a foot away was testament to that. Mike McCready is how I want to play lead. I like how they've gone the minimalist style and Love Boat Captain was surely as good as anything they've done. Eddie is 'phat'... In 1995 in Melbourne Mr Grohl came out and drummed with Pearl Jam. I still rib him aboot it to his chagrin aboot it being the best onstage thing I've seen But without arguing I will say that I like how PJ have progressed rather than doing a Metallica and bending to fit what they think the market wants. ie. from thrash to hard rock for a while, now a hybrid with trash-can drums Go Modge.

The Mirrorball tab book is one of the few Neil Young guitar tab books with all the solos that I've been able to find. Sad thing is that I don't play guitar much anymore. I'm going to try to win a Neil Young tab book on Ebay tomorrow with a last minute bid. ;D

I have Mirror Ball. I damn well love it. Neil's song writing and Pearl Jam bringing a bit of streetwise rock to the scene. I like Downtown and I'm The Ocean and Throw Your Hatred Down. And Act of Love is pretty cool too. I used to play along to them a bit.
I do have one more of Neil's albums... On vinyl, though nothing to listen to it on. I can't remember its name, but its got the Misty Mountains song on it...

Misty Mountain? ;D Are you sure you're not confusing it with "Misty Mountain Hop" by Led Zep? You probably have "Decade" which has "Sugar Mountain" on it. In my opinion the best Neil albums are: Jamming albums"Ragged Glory" or "Zuma" Depressing albums"Sleeps With Angels", "Tonight's The Night" or "On The Beach" ExperimentalTrans Best album to buy"Rust Never Sleeps" because it rocks with The Horseand the other side has some great acoustic stuff and you can probably find it really cheap at places like DirtCheapCDs. ;D
