I have really been getting into Jebediah's Glee Sides and Spareties lately. Its great hearing some of their old stuff... especially tracks like Tracksuit and Monument. I think its my favourite Jebediah album.

Jebediah, man that brings back memories.
Back in high school in Canberra when Of Someday Shambles first came out, my sister who was a big fan bought it on the first day out. Somehow it came with 2 free tickets to a little gig in a about a weeks time. Seeing I had a car and a licence, se had to take me. Turned up to this gig and there were no more than 150 people, a good size for the venue to not be packed and everyone to have room. It was just Jebs and they did at least an hour and a half set including inviting a girl on stage to sing as they played along and from memory she sang Jerks of Attention. Very cool gig.

Hey that sounds like a gig I went to at the Newtown RSL - god I loved that place!
I think if you pre-ordered Of Someday Shambles you got tickets to a gig. There was hardly anyone at the gig and it was excellent. None of these rough moshers that you usually get!

Jebediah are great. I'll never forget one of their gigs we were at...I think it was at Wonoona RSL, Greer and I thought "Yeah, let's get a spot up the front" anyway, we had to sit through the entire Area 7 show, which, if you have seen them, isn't a very fun event (in my opinion). The crowd was so rough, there were shoes flying, punches thrown, girls crying (hey, that rhymed).....and 10 minutes before The Jeb's hit the stage, a crowd surfer fell right on top of me...I tried to hold him up (by myself pretty much) and my arm...Oh my arm, I literally saw it bend, I heard and almighty crack, and the next thing I know, everything is fading, I see black...no wait...I'm ok. "Greer get me out of here" I'm screaming, I feel like I'm going to vomit..."But, Jebediah are nearly on"..."GREEEER !!!!" And that was that. My arm, miraculously wasn't broken, I think I must have bendy bones or something. Actually, I believe that was the night someone thrwe a shoe at Kevin, it hit him right in the face..he pretended nothing happened. ONYA KEV!!
