Hey Sophie,

You can't upload a pic, it has to be online already and you just have to give the profile page the link.

So if you have a pic you want already online, right click on it and select properties and copy and past the "Address" on to your edit profile page where it says you have your own pic.

Hope that makes some sense and helps you in some way
