This is regarding the comment at today's show about URLs...

I think it's daggy when people mention the http part of a URL.

The "www dot" bit is okay.

Anyway, not all web sites start with "www" so you have to mention it. eg it.uts.edu.au

That's just my professional opinion. ;D

I believe it is not necessary to say www dot because if you enter modularlounge in the address field without the www. it's going to work anyway, therefore deemed unnecessary!
