It seems to flicker to zero height on my web browser (Mozilla).

It's supposed to be a news fader so every so often it 'refreshes'. Unfortunately i can't turn it off, but i've slowed it down so it only flickers every 5 seconds or so.
Not what i wanted but thems the breaks.
