Celine Dion - COlour of my Love Very brave of you to own up to something like that Lyndal. I have the War of the Worlds rock musical soundtrack on wax. I love it and have done ever since i was a kid -- but should i really be embarrassed about it? Only those who listened to it will ever know how close humanity came to extinction. I also have '12 Inches of Snow' by Snow... actually no i don't, but a high school friend does (or did). I sincerely hope you feel embarrassed if you ever read this, Daniel Evans.

Only those who listened to it will ever know how close humanity came to extinction.. I feel safer knowing that on Friday night people were training really hard on a realistic simulation on defeating alien forces. This reminds me of that great 80s movie "The Last Starfighter" where that kid plays that arcade game and discovers it was a tool to find the ultimate starfighter... ;D /loves being a geek sometimes.

I'm confident that i'm well prepared should our planet come under attack. Great article here on the Last Starfighter and how it affected one of the great thinkers of the 21st century: www.theonion.com/onion3917/bush_cites.html

I've been playing the demo version of UFO: Aftermath all this weekend.
I feel better prepared for both the invasion and the aliens' attempt at a clean up operation.

Yeah, a bit sarcastic... just mucking around. I suppose you boys probably got your cover charge back from the video machine, so it doesn't matter that you missed the music!

I wouldn't call Kirsten a boy. I didn't miss the music... the musician missed me: when the lead singer from Riff Random jumped up onto that tiny drinks ledge on that pole, he almost kicked me in the face.

Haha...well I wasn't referring to Kirsten as one of the boys.
Gee you should have been warned about the riff random singer.. never stand near the bar during their set. There you go, you have been warned now.

You warned me about him jumping onto the pole before the show but you didn't warn me about him jumping onto the tiny ledge on the poles! Save me Greer!
